The shape and function of the watering can are inspired by a water scoop.
The watering can is easy to fill because no additional handle is needed.
You can grab it either by the spout or by the waist.
Balu
With the Balu lounge chair, we looked at the process of how bodies are created from a two-dimensional net. This process fascinates us because it has a direct link to the manufacturing process later on.
A simple pattern is transformed into a cover that takes on a three-dimensional form
through the upholstery.
The repetitive shape, which interlocks, creates an inviting round form.
The detail of the lounge chair is the stitching, which is inspired by the characteristic stitching of a hand-stitched leather ball.
